Second All-Day Caucus
The House Minority Caucus gathers together with the House Minority Research Office to review all of the bills filed for the final reading. Representative Garcia leads the meeting and asks the members to vote on which bills they want to be added to the consent calendar, bills the entire house wants to pass, and the ordinary calendar, bills they wish to hear on the floor, make a speech, vote no, or with reservations.
Second Crossover

After the all-day caucus, the House and Senate vote on all of the bills in the ordinary calendar. All bills that have passed the third reading will be "crossed back" to their originating chamber. Next week the remaining bills move into the conference committee process.

Invocation
On Tuesday, Representative Garcia offered the invocation to open floor session. He recited in ‘Ōlelo Hawai‘i and English, The Queens Prayer. While she was illegally imprisoned, she prayed for forgiveness and cleansing on those who brought harm to the Hawaiian Kingdom and to the people of Hawai'i. We echo the same prayer up to Akua in 2023 asking for forgiveness and cleansing on our Pae ‘Āina
The Queens Prayer
"Your loving mercy
Is as high as Heaven
And your truth
So perfect

I live in sorrow
Imprisoned
You are my light
Your glory, my support

Behold not with malevolence
The sins of man
But forgive
And cleanse

And so, o Lord
Protect us beneath your wings
And let peace be our portion
Now and forever more

Amen"
