Tax Day (April 18) is next week. The Taxpayers Protection Alliance’s (TPA) countdown clock ([link removed]) reminds you to not forget to file your taxes. Tax complexity, IRS privacy problems, low-income audits, and the IRS’s new power grab to prepare taxes are some of the many problems facing the agency. We share your frustration with the IRS, but please file your taxes because if you don’t, you may get audited. And, if you are having problems with filling out your taxes, please consider filing an extension and consulting a professional. Again, any mistakes could mean an audit. This Weekly Update is 100 percent focused on Tax Day and the IRS. We start out with an award-winning ad that we did about the IRS looking to prepare taxes. After that we have an infographic to “prepare” you for Tax Day.

Remember, file your taxes on or before April 18^th. If you are having problems with taxes, contact a professional tax preparer, because you don’t want to miss any deductions.
