We have been busy working for our constituent bosses, participating in committee hearings concerning oversight in Washington DC, the draw down of our Strategic Petroleum Reserves, the ATF's regulatory power, and more!

The Threat of TikTok

TikTok is owned by the Chinese entertainment and technology firm, ByteDance, which maintains dangerously close ties with the CCP.Though this app may appear harmless - American's private data is consistently and repeatedly being abused by the company to progress their political and economic interests in China. ByteDance has recently even admitted to tracking American journalists and accessing private location data without user consent. This is a VERY serious and concerning development.

Therefore, I am proud to be a cosponsor and supporter of H.R. 1398 Protect America's Innovation and Economic Security from CCP Act, which is a bill that:

Works to prosecute individuals responsible for these privacy violations
Holds Chinese companies to the same standards of practice as American companies
Protects critical American infrastructure from supply chain disruptions and foreign interference

I pledge to you that I will work tirelessly to preserve American privacy rights and combat the increasing influence of the Chinese Communist Part in our nation. I will continue to support measures that directly engage the issue that TikTok and ByteDance have created - and protect our American citizens right to privacy!

Congress must not waiver in our duty to preserve our freedoms and way of life.

St Patrick's Day Visit to Origina

Rep. Fallon had the opportunity to visit Origina's headquarters in Plano on St. Patrick's Day. Origina, a Dublin Ireland based company that serves as an IBM maintenance service provider, also invited Special Minister Thomas Byrne to this meeting. We thoroughly enjoyed discussing America and Ireland's relationship, and the importance of small businesses in Texas.

TexAmericas Center welcomed EnviroSafe Demil LLC (ESD), previously headquartered in Nevada, to Northeast Texas. Congressman Fallon spoke briefly about the impact small businesses have on Texas, and the economic prosperity they bring to TX-04.

We had the pleasure of providing two of TX-04's newest Eagle Scouts with a certificate of achievement at their award ceremony.
