* LAST WEEK: groups in Puerto Rico and the U.S. sued the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) ([link removed]) , for their improper use of billions of dollars to repair the fossil fuel-based grid without comprehensively examining the toll that it would take on residents, animals and the environment
* NOW: we're banding together to make sure that the Department of Energy (DOE) doesn't do the same.
