We just got some exciting news! BNC candidate Cori Bush was officially endorsed by presidential candidate Bernie Sanders today!

A year ago today, we announced Cori Bush to our 2020 slate! Since then she’s been featured in an award-winning documentary about the movement. She’s mounting a strong grassroots campaign for Missouri’s 1st Congressional District against entrenched incumbent Lacy Clay.

Cori is a surrogate for Bernie Sanders’ campaign, which gives her the opportunity to share her story all over the country.

In November, Cori joined us at the 2020 Brand New Congress Summit and inspired a new generation of BNC candidates!

We believe in Cori Bush. She’s inspired other candidates on the BNC slate by standing strong for progressive values. She embodies her community and has both the spirit of an organizer and the courage of a true representative of the people.
