As House Minority Whip, I’m one of the top House Democrats tasked with defending President Biden’s agenda and fighting back against extreme MAGA Republicans.

I first ran for Congress to ensure that women’s stories were being heard in the halls of power.

But when I arrived at the Capitol, security repeatedly told me: ”Spouses aren’t allowed on the House floor.”

Now, the faces of power are changing.

There are 94 women in the Democratic House Caucus alone -- more than at any time in history.

And while I’m so proud of how far we’ve come, we can’t rest -- not while MAGA Republicans control the House Majority and push their extremist, anti-choice agenda.

I know that the only way to improve the lives of families across the country is to elect a wave of House Democrats who will push President Biden’s historic agenda forward -- and defeat the extremists who want to turn back the clock and roll back our progress.
