Team — In just a couple of hours we’ll be closing the books on our January grassroots fundraising efforts.
This is an important moment for Yvette: She is the only black woman in the New York delegation and is gearing up to face five male opponents in a primary. Yvette has used her positions of power to help lift more black women into positions of power on the state and national level, including Latrice Walker, Val Demmings, Lisa Blunt Rochester and Lauren Underwood. She has always used her platform to lift the voices of the underprivileged and underserved, including our immigrant populations and those whose lives have faced decades of oppressive racial injustice. These are the fights Yvette has taken on, and these are the issues that are at risk in our fight for re-election this year.
Thank you,
Ross Williams
