BREAKING NEWS: A Trump-appointed judge in Texas has suspended FDA approval for mifepristone, a safe and effective abortion medication. In response, Jon has strongly come out opposing this ruling.

Folks,

I will always fight to defend Montanans’ right to privacy and stop government overreach. So when I saw that a Texas judge invalidated FDA approval of a legal and safe medication used by millions of women for abortion care, I knew I had to act.

It’s a damn outrage — no judge or politician should be in the business of telling women how to live their lives.

That’s why this week I filed an amicus brief with my Senate colleagues calling to restore FDA approval of mifepristone. It’s also one of the many reasons I’m running for reelection. Simply put, if I’m in the Senate, I will vote to defend a woman’s right to make their own health care decisions.

I hope you’ll join me in this fight. Chip in right now with a critical grassroots donation to support this campaign, and help me defend the Senate majority so we can restore these fundamental rights nationwide. [[link removed]]

Look, if this ruling becomes permanent, limiting access to safe and effective health care will force Montana women — especially rural Montanans — to travel long distances or put their health and lives at risk.

While we’re working to solve problems, one activist judge is deciding to play politics by telling women what they can and can’t do with their own bodies.

Well I won’t let that stand. And I need you with me.

Make a contribution of any amount now to keep me in the Senate defending a woman’s right to safe and legal reproductive health care >> [[link removed]]

Thanks for standing up for freedom today and every day,

— Jon
