Climate change is too big a challenge for any one person to handle alone. But when we work together we can build powerful climate solutions that will create a cleaner, safer future for everyone.

And we’ve seen that in action! In fact, 2023 has been a remarkable year thanks to members like you. By raising your voice with our network of advocates you help our movement to tackle the world’s biggest environmental issues.

Since January we’ve:

Wrote 9,000 messages to the EPA to strengthen protections from soot pollution;

Submitted over 17,000 public comments to fight methane pollution; and

Generated nearly 40,000 signatures to rally against harmful ‘Forever Chemicals’ in our food and water.

But there’s still important work to do.

In the coming weeks and months, EDF will be ready to fight dangerous air pollution from trucks and buses. And that’s not all, we’ll also be leading the charge to develop stronger rules to cut climate pollution from power plants. These are big opportunities, and we’ll be counting on your help throughout the battle.

Because when there’s an opportunity to fight for cleaner air and water, you’ve been there to take action. As we’ve been fighting for massive legislation, you’ve taken action. And when climate progress is in jeopardy we know that you’ll spring into action once again.

And for that we will always be thankful.
