The World Bank is one of the most powerful financial institutions in the
world. Historically, the Bank has poured billions into fossil fuel
projects that have decimated our environment and contributed to the
climate crisis. Now, Banga has a critical opportunity to reform the World
Bank, invest in just climate solutions, and act with the urgency the
climate crisis demands.

Right now is when Banga is most vulnerable to public pressure, which is
why this is a moment we can’t afford to miss. Through our petition, we’re
making our demands to Banga very clear:

* Stop funding fossil fuels and false solutions
* Direct funds to support the immediate global transition to justly
sourced and justly implemented renewable energy
* Ensure access to clean, affordable energy for all
