invalidate FDA approval of mifepristone, a critical abortion medication,
is simply horrifying. It's a stark reminder that our hard-fought progress
in protecting reproductive rights is under constant threat.

Governor Kathy Hochul is taking action to protect reproductive rights in
New York. She's stepping up, just as we did after the Dobbs decision.
She's also concerned about the next phase, as anti-abortion radicals may
target the secondary drug, misoprostol. That's why she's working on new
legislation to require insurance companies to cover misoprostol as a drug
used for abortion.

Governor Hochul is exploring all possible avenues to get ahead of these
attacks on reproductive health care. But she can't do it alone. We need
your support now more than ever. Abortion rights are human rights, and we
cannot afford to lose any ground in this fight.
