This year’s keynote speaker is Dr. Arthur Laffer, economist, author, and Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient, who will address our nation’s economic challenges and how we can unleash prosperity in America.
At the Gala, we will present PRI’s 2022 Baroness Thatcher Liberty Award to PRI Board Chairman Clark S. Judge, managing director of White House Writers Group and speechwriter and special Assistant to both President Reagan and Vice President George Bush. The award is presented annually to an individual who has championed the principles of freedom and personal responsibility in their professional or personal lives.
