In breaking news, Biden is appealing a MAJOR abortion case, asking the Supreme Court for an EMERGENCY stay.

Here's what JUST happened. A federal court struck down FDA approval of the abortion pill – which kills more babies than any other type of abortion. Agreeing with our amicus brief, the court ruled the drug is incredibly dangerous and was rushed through approval.

Biden and the abortion industry are now frantically appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court, asking for an emergency stay of the decision – part of which goes into effect TODAY – so the abortion pill can keep killing babies.

We're urgently preparing to file a critical amicus brief at the Supreme Court to defend unborn babies.

We're also about to take our own case against Planned Parenthood to the Supreme Court. It could devastate the abortion giant and help end the illegal sale of aborted babies' body parts.
