First: Susan Collins voted along party lines and cast critical votes to confirm Brett Kavanaugh and pass the GOP tax bill.

Then: She waited until she had Mitch McConnell's permission before announcing she would vote for witness testimony in the impeachment trial. It was all just political theater -- she waited until McConnell had secured the votes he needed to block witnesses!
