Late last night, an appeals court ruled that mifepristone could stay on the market, but access would be severely restricted — patients would no longer be able to receive the medication by mail.
Mailing abortion pills was a lifeline for women in states where abortion is banned or the nearest care is too far away.
That’s why Attorney General Merrick Garland just announced the Department of Justice is planning to bring this fight to the Supreme Court. We need all hands on deck, so we set an emergency goal to raise $5,000 by Saturday night in order to fight back. That’s why we’re asking:
