Breaking News: Appeals Court Upholds Suspension of Mail-Order Abortion Pills

The United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has upheld the suspension of mail-order abortion pills and reinstated requirements that the abortion pill be dispensed in person at a clinic or hospital and not at retail pharmacies. In addition, the latest decision would require that all adverse events related to the abortion pill once again be reported — not just women’s deaths.
