John,
In 2018, we flipped VA-07 blue for the first time since 1968, and I’ve been hard at work in Congress ever since, working hard to achieve real progress on the issues that matter most to the communities I represent.
In that time, I’ve expanded rural broadband internet access, brought infrastructure investments home to Virginia, lowered the cost of prescription drugs, and gotten legislation I have written signed into law to support those struggling with addiction, assist retirees, and support veterans, just to name a few initiatives.
Just take a look at some recent achievements and initiatives I’m proud to have been part of:

None of these initiatives would be possible without the support of people like you, and I’m so grateful for all you’ve done to support my campaign.
But there’s still so much to do!
I’m working to pass my bill to ban Members of Congress, their spouses, and dependent children from trading individual stock. It’s a commonsense measure that would affirm to the American people that we are working for them, not our stock portfolio.
I’m driven to keep our communities safe by passing long overdue gun reforms.
And I will always advocate to lower costs for Virginia families.
But to do any of it, we need to build a strong campaign now – and that starts with your support.
With that in mind, will you consider contributing to my campaign today so I can keep up my important work in Congress?

Grateful to have you in my corner,
Abigail
