Our democracy is in danger.

We just got word that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit refused to fully block the dangerous and harmful decision from the Trump-appointed extremist judge attacking the use of Mifepristone—one of the medications in a two-drug protocol that is now used in over half of the abortions in this country. Let’s be clear: his decision—and the appeals court decision—are based on harmful ideologies and junk science.

These extremists won’t stop until they control our bodies, reproductive lives, and futures. We can’t let this happen.

The government is appealing this case—again—this time to the Supreme Court. While we wait to find out if the Court will stop these anti-science lawless decisions, we are doing all we can to make sure our rights and ability to access abortion are protected. We’ll keep you updated on what’s next for medication abortion in our country, but a reminder that right now, Mifepristone is still legal and available!
