As a Justice on the most influential bench in the country, Clarence Thomas has a major say in court rulings that have tangible impacts on your life. He's helped to decimate reproductive rights. He's overturned life-saving gun safety measures. He's attacked our democracy by supporting gerrymandering.



It's a huge amount of power — which is why it's so unacceptable that he took (and failed to disclose) luxury vacations from a conservative billionaire. This is in addition to millions of dollars in undisclosed gifts over the years. He has shown time and again that he is unable to provide an unbiased opinion.
