But this is not just happening in states like Tennessee. It’s going to happen here in North Carolina, too. Republicans in the General Assembly have made it clear that their priority is not serving the people; it’s serving their own partisan agenda.
And they’ve gerrymandered the legislative maps so aggressively over the years that they feel they can just get away with it.
