Team, have a second?
Congress is considering the Sunshine Protection Act – a bill that would make daylight saving time (how our clocks are currently set) permanent. But some people are split on the matter.
So, we want to know: Do you think it’s about time we make daylight saving time permanent? [[link removed]]

I do not support daylight saving time >> [[link removed]]
Look, we know it may seem like a waste of time debating this legislation. But, there are important arguments to be made on both sides.
Supporters of the Sunshine Protection Act argue that the ‘spring forward’ and ‘fall back’ method of our clocks is an outdated system. They also say that the additional hour of daylight saves on energy costs, benefits the economy by driving more people out to shop at later hours, and contributes to a healthier lifestyle by promoting more physical activity.
Opponents of the bill say that it’s ultimately unnecessary to make such a big change. Specifically, that darker mornings could disrupt sleeping rhythms which, in turn, could stunt productivity and lead to health problems.
Whatever side of the fence you fall on, Susie Lee wants to hear your thoughts on the legislation.
There’s not a moment to waste: Can you share whether you’re in support of the Sunshine Protection Act? It will only take a minute! [[link removed]]
