John, Thanks to the Left’s radical climate agenda, the Homer City Generating Station, Pennsylvania's largest coal-fired power plant, will close in July. New emissions limits imposed by Biden's oversized Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) are causing an "excessive economic and operational burden" for the plant. On top of that, Governor Wolf and Shapiro’s plan to enter Pennsylvania into the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative is the final nail in the coffin, forcing the plant to shutter its doors. This news, while tragic, is predictable thanks to the radical energy policies of Pennsylvania Democrats and this administration. |
