The NJDSC is bringing back the Building Our Future Training program in 2023!
We are excited to announce our three-week training program for future Democratic candidates and political staffers. This program is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to run effective campaigns and make a positive impact in their communities.

About the Program
Attendees of the program will leave learning about every major area of politics and campaigns from finance and fundraising to communications and field. Hear from operatives of all backgrounds and experiences, there is something for everyone here.
