Hi Friend, We know that climate change is a present threat to the health of our communities. But what can we do about it? Join us for an Earth Day conversation about meaningful actions we can take as individuals and communities to address pollution, excessive heat, and other climate threats. We may not be able to recycle our way out of this, but there are actions we can take to create change in our own backyards and to influence the decision-makers who have the power to take action on a broader scale! After the roundtable, we’ll raffle off $900 worth of Patagonia gear and head over to Wetlands Park for a group hike. Register today to reserve your spot! Got other plans? You don’t have to be present to win the raffle, so grab some tickets if you want a chance to win some Patagonia gear. We’ll wrap up the day with a nature walk at Wetlands Park, which is home to more than 300 species of birds and 70 species of mammals and reptiles! Hike, Hike, Baby! Date: April 22, 2023 Time: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.(ish) Location: IPN office + Wetlands park Prices: Hike: $10 (includes two raffle tickets); Raffle tickets: $5; Just the roundtable: Free Register HERE We can’t wait to spend the morning with you!
