You and our other members have helped Judicial Watch take an historic
leadership role in forcing states to follow federal election laws that
are our last line of defense against voter fraud and corrupt
elections.
[Judicial Watch]
Dear Judicial Watch Member,
Our members’ commitment and Judicial Watch’s hard work have paid
off again!
Colorado’s secretary of state has agreed to settle a Judicial Watch
lawsuit that alleged Colorado failed to remove ineligible voters from
its voter rolls…
This is a huge victory for honest elections, because since we filed
our lawsuit in October 2020, Colorado voter roll removals increased by
a whopping 78%!
And as part of the settlement, Colorado will report to Judicial Watch
on its yearly progress in cleaning up its voter rolls…for the next
six years!
This is how we dig in, and use the legal system and the courts to make
real, lasting change that reduces chances for voter fraud ahead of the
2024 presidential election.
BUT THE BATTLE FOR HONEST ELECTIONS IS FAR FROM OVER…AND THAT’S
WHY I AM ASKING YOU TO REACTIVATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP WITH A SPECIAL
CONTRIBUTION TODAY.

We are still pursuing our voter rolls related lawsuits against
Illinois and Pennsylvania.
And our election integrity team is reviewing data to determine if more
states need to be “warned” by Judicial Watch to clean up their
voter rolls as required by federal law…or face a Judicial Watch
lawsuit!
That’s not all…
We are also developing legal strategies to fight back against the
Left’s efforts to destroy traditional safeguards against voter fraud
and enact reckless measures like:
* Ballot harvesting
* Abolition of Voter ID
* And “all mail-in” voting
That’s why your decision to give Judicial Watch your support is so
important.

Every day, Judicial Watch lawyers are doing the job that the corrupt
Biden Justice Department should be doing…but isn’t…to protect
honest elections in America.
This work is hard, and every one of our voter roll victories (in
states including California, Kentucky, New York, North Carolina, and
Ohio) takes a real commitment of time…
…for example, our successful Colorado litigation took two and a half
years!
And each and every one of these investigations, “warnings” and
lawsuits also come with very real price tags attached.
THAT’S WHY I URGE YOU TO SUPPORT OUR WORK WITH A DONATION TODAY.

Our members and supporters are the reason that while others complain
about voter fraud and corrupt elections, Judicial Watch acts and
wins…and we act and win where itcounOur members and supporters ,
through the legal system and the courts.
With your help Judicial Watch can battle even more effectively for
honest elections, which are under massive assault today by the Left
and the Biden administration.
And with you on our team, we can keep fighting for the rule of law
(including our election laws), exposing public corruption, standing
tall for the people’s right to know, and holding lawless politicians
in both parties accountable.
I thank you in advance for giving us your support today.
