🤠In ironic fashion, Wyoming, where Liz Cheney, once a beloved carpetbagger, now finds her life in danger if she even thinks about stepping foot into the square state (which she only did in election years anyways) because of her unwillingness to lick the boots of the Orange Messiah … has declared once and for all that it is indeed The Cowboy State — NOT The Cowgirl state. The so-called Equality State became the first state to ban the drug, mifepristone, commonly known as the abortion pill.
🚫This ban on women’s rights came down at 11 p.m. on a Friday night (3.17), the same time many a young duo where culminating their own Friday nights with ye’ age-old activity couples engage in, especially in places where there’s nothing else to do; many unaware that in a few short weeks they’ll either be shopping for onesies or heading to Colorado for a “day trip.”
🔒The BBC reports that the new Wyoming legislation means that anyone prescribing or selling the pill would be punished by up to 6 months in jail and a $9k fine! So let’s get this straight: the equality state no longer (did it ever tho) includes the autonomy of people who can get pregnant as well as the autonomy of health care professionals providing care.
🐄Wow, Wyoming. That’s some Grand Teton-itarinism. I mean, y’all do your thing there, but maybe it’s time to change the state motto to something more fitting? Maybe, Wyoming: the windy place with cows.
