Matthew Kacsmaryk is abusing his power to ban access to mifepristone, a drug that for 20 years has been a source of safe, effective abortions. Abuse of power is nothing new from Kacsmaryk. He has ties to the Federalist Society and a law firm that worked to undermine the separation of church and state and LGBTQ+ equality. As a judge, he has repeatedly tried to thwart the Biden administration’s agenda with extreme rulings.

Kacsmaryk is on a mission to enact a radical partisan agenda from the bench, and he may have lied about his intentions to get confirmed. His record must be thoroughly investigated to determine the extent of his lack of candor, and Congress must consider impeachment if he withheld even more relevant information.
