Notice of Intent

Notice is hereby given that the Office of State Lands and Investments (OSLI) for the State Board of Land Commissioners has submitted a Notice of Intent to Adopt Rules and Regulations as follows, and is opening the public comment period to accept comments related to the proposed amendments:

Chapter 26 - Land Acquisition and Disposal

COMMENT PERIOD STARTS April 12, 2023, AND ENDS AT 5 P.M. ON May 26, 2023

Comments are encouraged on any concerns, questions, or issues related to Chapter 26 of the State Board of Land Commissioners' Rules and Regulations.

Copies of the proposed rules are available for review on the Secretary of State's website at rules.wyo.gov or by contacting OSLI at 122 W. 25th Street, Herschler Building, Suite W103, Cheyenne, WY 82002.
