It’s the second night, 10 more candidates and many more pressing issues to discuss. 

We heard differing solutions to our country’s most challenging issues. But last night, CNN left out one very important question for the candidates to answer: What electoral reforms do you support that will save our Democracy?

Structural changes to reform our elections is key, and really at the core to solving our most complex problems. If we don’t have fair voting systems, then how do we as voters actually elect leaders that will work hard to find better solutions to fix our county’s most complex problems?

The answer is: We won’t.  

It’s hard to see how we can move forward as a country without reforms like ranked choice voting. That's why we at FairVote are working hard to educate voters about how it works.
