Politico just reported, team:

The Biden administration will issue a new order today barring “health care providers and insurers from turning over information to state officials” seeking to investigate or prosecute someone for getting abortion care.

The Biden administration is taking a page out of Ground Game Texas’s playbook. This rule would block health care providers from coordinating with law enforcement to target Americans getting abortion care – which is exactly what Ground Game Texas is doing with our latest initiative.

If we pass the San Antonio Justice Charter initiative, the city would be barred from collecting information about so-called “abortion crimes” and no public resources would be used to harass San Antonians for seeking abortion care.

If you agree that governments big and small shouldn't be able to report your healthcare decisions to law enforcement, chip in $20 or whatever you can to help us pass this initiative. [[link removed]]

Team, Texas is ground zero for the right-wing assault on abortion rights. They’ve banned all abortions in Texas and now they’re trying to criminalize those seeking care. That’s why it’s so important that we fight back with initiatives like the San Antonio Justice Charter.

This is the first abortion initiative in Texas since Roe was overturned. If we’re successful, no San Antonian could be harassed by law enforcement for seeking abortion care—and their health information would be kept away from police.

Can you help us pass it? It’s all-hands-on-deck to pass this initiative in May. Can you chip in $20 or whatever you can to help us Get Out The Vote? [[link removed]]
