"House Democrats introduce bill that would enshrine federal abortion rights"

Join Kim in supporting the Women's Health Protection Act today:

john,

Since the Supreme Court overturned the landmark Roe v. Wade decision, millions of women have been stripped of the right to make their own personal reproductive health care decisions. Over the past week, we've seen that extreme conservative judges want to go even further.

A federal judge in Texas reversed a longstanding approval by the FDA for a safe and commonly-used abortion drug. While Mifepristone is still legal and accessible after a conflicting ruling and appeal from the Biden Administration, right-wing legislators and judges across the country continue to push for restrictions on reproductive rights.

As a doctor, Kim knows that deeply personal reproductive health care decisions should be made between a patient and her doctor only. That's why she's co-sponsoring the recently reintroduced Women's Health Protection Act.

The Women's Health Protection Act would codify Roe v. Wade into law and block states from enacting medically unjustified barriers to accessing abortion care.
