A far-right federal judge in Texas has reversed the FDA’s approval of mifepristone, a safe and widely-used abortion medication.

This is yet another attack on abortion rights. Mifepristone has been on the market for more than two decades. This extreme decision is ridiculous – and dangerous.

This decision is a direct assault on the reproductive rights of Americans across the nation. If this ruling stands, medication abortion could be banned in all fifty states .

Overturning Roe was just the beginning. MAGA Republicans are filing anti-choice lawsuits and pushing for a nationwide ban on abortion.
