In a new op-ed in The Nation, we discuss how progressives should build infrastructure to combat AIPAC’s unlimited spending in Democratic primaries.

Justice Democrats

Hi John, did you have a chance to check out the op-ed my colleague Waleed and I wrote in The Nation?

We explore how progressives should build infrastructure to combat AIPAC’s unlimited spending in Democratic primaries — even as some “progressive” consultants and advisors seek to capitulate to the anti-Palestinian lobby.

We need the resources to fight back on our own terms. Will you make a contribution today to support our ability to speak out against the AIPAC network and their tens of millions of dollars?

Contribute $3

In the last cycle, AIPAC backed over 100 insurrectionist Republicans and spent tens of millions against anyone who spoke up for Palestinians in general elections and primaries.

The progressive movement has to learn from Summer Lee’s victory over AIPAC. It’s a recent and concrete example of how a strong candidate with a well-run, community-driven campaign and large progressive coalition can overcome AIPAC’s multimillion-dollar machine.

If AIPAC is going to spend millions of dollars on misleading attack ads aimed at progressive Democrats, we have to fight back — but money in the bank is the number one thing that has impacted our ability to push back against AIPAC these past few years.

John, please make a contribution to our movement now to help us elect progressive leaders willing to fight back and champion solutions to the crisis we’re facing.

In solidarity,

Alexandra Rojas
