Minds Matter, LLC is an organization providing community-based brain injury rehabilitation to individuals throughout the state of Kansas. Our passion is to unlock the potential of the community for individuals of all abilities to live, work, and play in the community.

We would like to announce that we are actively recruiting for a full-time Administrative Coordinator.

The Administrative Coordinator will report to the Operations Manager. This position is responsible for oversight of all aspects of medical records, administrative intake and follow-up tasks, distribution of information via all phone, email, fax, and mailing relating to various aspects of the organization. This position is available with the option of a hybrid remote schedule.

The ideal candidate must have the below skills and responsibilities:
? Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
? Organized, possess problem solving skills, and be able to multi-task
? Advanced analytical skills
? Ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and assist with intake process and systems
? High degree of sensitivity toward all people
? Excellent written and verbal skills
