I’m a native Ohioan, where David Pepper is a pretty big deal. He’s a politician and a successful author, and he’s particularly concerned with democracy in Ohio and across the country right now.
That’s why I was thrilled to see him do one of his “ Whiteboard” videos about the new voter ID law in Ohio — where more than 900,000 eligible voters may lack the now-required forms of ID. And David’s solution? Supporting VoteRiders!

* Every $10 contributes to the cost of a state-issued ID such as a driver’s license.
* Every $35 provides one voter with a ride to the BMV or other ID-issuing government office.
* Every $50 funds the cost of securing a vital document (such as a birth certificate) for one voter to obtain voter ID.
