2023 is already turning out to be a busy year at Groundwork, and we aren’t slowing down, team.
If you haven’t heard, Groundwork is offering a brand new form of wrap-around support from the platform Resilia to expand the organizational capacity of our grantees and allow them to focus on civic engagement and community organizing efforts.
You can support this work and make the difference for every single Groundwork partner by making a donation:

⭐ Groundwork is broadening what it means to be a part of our grantee network ⭐
In addition to direct grants, we’re providing sustained support and access to resources that enable organizations to thrive in the long term. We call this “wrap-around support”. But what does that actually look like?
Happy you asked! Check out our approach below:
💰 Capital : Multi-year, unrestricted operating grants for organizers and mini-grants for short-term, project-based work. You know this as Groundwork's grant programs.
🤝 Community : Access to like-minded progressive organizers from across the country who understand the unique challenges – and opportunities – of working in “red” states. Groundwork is growing our statewide and national coalitions, where our partners are innovating on ways to organize and build power.
⚙️ Capacity : Training, mentoring, and 1:1 support on things like organizing strategy, campaign plans, volunteer engagement, communication tactics, social media and more. We are happy to announce that we are now offering our grantees access to Resilia, a platform tailored for non-profit organizations to sustain and grow their efforts and build long-term capacity!
The addition to our capacity-building efforts wouldn’t have been possible without our supporters like YOU. Really, a few weeks ago we asked you to donate to help us secure partnerships like Resilia and thanks to your commitment and response we were able to jump into action immediately. Thank you!
If you didn’t have a chance to help a few weeks ago, you can still contribute to this effort here.

Groundwork and Resilia are using our unique tools to offer additional resources and capacity to our grantees: ultimately, leaving them with more time to do the work this country needs them to do: organize!
Through your support, Groundwork empowers local organizers in the most overlooked and disenfranchised communities on the map. With your donation, you are making real change possible — thank you! [[link removed]]
