Hi John,

On our last day as Members of European Parliament, we wanted to say a huge thank you to all supporters of the Green Party who have helped us get to Brussels and make a difference in Europe.

We weren’t sure if we would be here for five months or five years, but in that time, we have achieved so much together.

The Green Party has collected some of our best moments, including:

• Alex paving the way for the European Green Deal
• Ellie speaking out against the Mercosur agreement
• Molly exposing the dark forces behind Brexit
• Magid’s fight against the far right
• Catherine’s drive to decarbonise our societies
• Scott’s defence of EU citizens’ rights
• Gina’s campaign for a lasting peace in the Middle East

For so many people, this is a sad day. But there is still hope.

We will all continue to fight for climate action at home and in collaboration with our friends in Europe and across the world.

And we will always stand up for freedom of movement, workers’ rights and many of the other principles of the European Union which we hold dear.
