BREAKING: Federal judge in Texas suspends FDA approval of abortion pill

What happened: A Trump-appointed judge suspended the approval of mifepristone, an abortion-inducing drug that has been on the market for more than 20 years.

Then immediately after: A federal judge in Washington state ruled that the FDA must keep the medication legal in more than a dozen states.

What’s next: With the case in legal limbo, it has a STRONG possibility of heading toward the Conservative Supreme Court.
