Children's Health Defense Historic Case Against the FCC for Wireless Harms
CHD is leading a historic legal action against the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) for its refusal to review their 25-year-old guidelines, and failure to provide scientific, human evidence-based radio frequency emissions (“RF”) rules that adequately protect public health from wireless technology radiation. The petition contends the agency’s actions are arbitrary and not evidence-based. The Petition will be filed in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
CHD believes that the FCC’s obsolete guidelines and the false sense of safety they provide has enabled the uncontrolled proliferation of wireless technology and the ongoing deployment of 5G, which will exponentially increase exposure to the harmful radiation.

RFK, Jr. Discusses HPV Vaccine on RT America
RT America interviews RFK, Jr. about cervical cancer rates surging in the generation that has received the vaccine. Segment begins at 17:17. The clinical trials show that girls who had already been exposed to the virus had an increased risk of getting pre-cancerous lesions. Also, in the clinical trials, 2.3% of the girls who got the vaccine developed autoimmune diseases (which are generally considered lifelong).
Pre-vaccine statistics showed that most cervical cancers happened after 50 years old. Now, according to a recent UK study, cervical cancer is peaking in British 25 and 29 years olds, one of the very groups that first recieved the vaccine. So teens getting the HPV vaccine had a 2.3% risk of getting an auto-immune disease in the short-term vs. the benefit of not getting cancer after age 50 (a claim that is impossible to prove 20 to 30 years into the future.)

Harvard Experts Critique Cozy FDA-Pharma Relationship

The latest FDA critique comes from three high-powered experts affiliated with Harvard Medical School—who air their appraisal in the prestigious Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA). With combined degrees in medicine, law, business and public health, the trio examines trends at the FDA since 1983, and reveal a troubling shift toward FDA use of “less data” to approve drugs and biologics—alongside an escalating reliance on pharmaceutical industry payments to cover the salaries of the very FDA reviewers issuing the approvals.

The False Prop Of “Get Your Flu Shot”: “Influenza-Like Illness”

NBC-News posts a report entitled “Here’s why doctors urge people to get the flu shot every year” with an accompanying video story of a 4-year-old who became ill with flu and developed swelling of the brain and lost some of her vision, which may or may not be permanent.
Meanwhile, other news agencies report flu vaccination is likely to be ineffective against a new flu strain. But here is the essence of the annual flu fakery. It’s called “influenza-like illness.”
