Last week, I was in Ohio campaigning with Sherrod Brown to help him secure another term in the Senate. We spent the day talking to voters about important issues like keeping our promises to our Veterans.

Sherrod has been an incredible advocate in the Senate with me on legislation to support Veterans, specifically the PACT Act, which expands VA health care and benefits for Veterans exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange and other toxic substances.

We can’t afford to lose Sherrod in the Senate, and as the only remaining Democratic official representing the whole state of Ohio, analysts at CNN say he’s one of the most vulnerable senators on the ballot – and national Republicans are already launching attack ads against him.

So he needs our help, John, and that’s why I’m reaching out today and asking if you will join me in showing your support for Sherrod.
