Last Friday, a Texas judge ruled to enact a nationwide ban on mifepristone – a drug commonly and safely used during abortion procedures for 20 years. Though the decision has not gone into effect, this puts us on a dangerous trajectory toward restricting access to safe reproductive care.

I am appalled, angry, and frustrated at the unrelenting attacks on our reproductive freedom. I know you are too.

But just as the Republican party feels emboldened to push its extremist agenda, we should feel emboldened to fight back. We can’t allow their efforts to roll back our rights to go unchallenged, team.

We have ample time between now and November 2024 to set the stage for Democratic wins up and down the ballot. And as the newly elected chair of BOLD PAC, I will ensure progressive Latinos feel empowered to run for office – and win. But I need your support.
