In 2022 as chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, I passed the Supreme Court Ethics Act through my committee in an effort to establish a code of conduct for Supreme Court justices and ensure that they are holding themselves to the highest ethical standards.
Now, it has come out that Justice Clarence Thomas has been accepting gifts from a wealthy Republican costing upwards of millions of dollars, and they were not reported to the public in financial disclosure.
Justice Thomas has committed potentially unlawful conduct and violated the code of ethics. Sign the petition here to demand Chief Justice Roberts to launch an independent ethics investigation into Clarence Thomas and the unreported luxury travel he received from a billionaire Republican donor >> [[link removed]]

Justice Thomas has repeatedly shown a clear disregard for the ethical code that we expect SCOTUS justices to adhere to when he refused to recuse himself from 2020 election cases involving his wife and encouraged legal efforts to overturn the results.
His acceptance of the gifts from Republican donor Harlan Crow without disclosing them to the public is a violation of the code of conduct that we expect all justices on the Supreme Court to hold themselves to. This shameless breach of trust that will only continue to chip away at the public’s faith in our federal judges and the judiciary system.
As the highest court in the land, we must continue to hold the justices to the ethical standards that we have for all public servants.
Add your name and join my call for the Chief Justice to investigate Justice Thomas’ ethical violations. [[link removed]]
