Friend — in honor of this year’s Earth day, I have a very simple challenge for you:

Take a moment to see if there's one person you think could contribute something to our movement.

To me, Earth Day is an opportunity to step back and appreciate this beautiful blue planet we live on. It’s also a chance to share it with loved ones and unite together to protect it.

The climate crisis can and will be solved, but only if we work together.

I have so much hope about solving the climate crisis, but even I get overwhelmed thinking about taking on such a huge issue.

It's when I see all of you working hard getting out to vote, speaking your mind straight to your legislators, and fighting for more from our state’s leaders that I just know in my heart that together we can do this.

And part of that is bringing in our loved ones to make our movement stronger, louder, and clearer until our elected officials finally address the climate crisis.
