Our reproductive rights are under attack. Last week, a Trump-appointed,
anti-abortion federal judge in Texas issued a ruling that puts the
availability of Mifepristone in jeopardy.
Mifepristone is a safe, effective medication for abortion care. It is
taken as the first step in a two-step prescription to end a pregnancy, and
has been approved by the FDA since 2000.
Right now, the medication is still legal, but continued access is in
jeopardy because this case will likely end up before the far-right Supreme
Court, which has already made clear its hostility to abortion care.
We see this ruling for what it is — a coordinated effort by anti-abortion
activists and elected officials to dismantle sexual and reproductive
health care nationwide. And they won't stop until they have a nationwide
ban on abortion.
We have two

decision:

the state has stockpiled 15,000 doses of Mifepristone — a year's supply of
the medication.
Together, we will keep up the fight for our fundamental rights and ensure
