As of the writing of this email, access to Mifepristone and medication-based abortions has not changed.
John,
Last Friday, a far-right, Trump-appointed, anti-abortion judge issued a ruling calling on the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to recall its approval of Mifepristone — a pill used in abortions that has been deemed safe and legal for 23 years.
To be clear: As of the writing of this email, access to Mifepristone and medication-based abortions has not changed. Mifepristone is safe, effective, and still legal. The opinion of one far-right, Trump-appointed, anti-abortion judge won’t change that.
But that could change if this case gets brought to the U.S. Supreme Court — the same court that repealed Roe v. Wade last summer.
We need to be ready for another right-wing attack on abortion. Can you make a gift of $5 today to support Cori’s work and prepare our movement for the fights to come?

Cori is on the frontlines of the fight to defend abortion access because we're working towards a world where abortion is more than just legal. We're working towards a world where no one is harassed or shamed for accessing basic health care, no one has to travel for hours or days to receive care, and no one is shouldered with the large financial burden just for receiving reproductive care.
If it makes sense for you, please consider chipping in $5 or more to support Cori as she works to defend abortion access. It's going to take all of us working together to defend Mifepristone against right-wing judges and make sure every person receives the reproductive health care they deserve.
In solidarity,
Cori Bush HQ
