Dear John,



I need you to join thousands of Americans who are calling on modern-day Patrick Henry and Black Conservative, Mark Robinson, to run for Governor of North Carolina.



Why do I compare him to Patrick Henry, John?



Because in 2018, Mark gained national attention when he gave a passionate speech in front of the Greensboro City Council arguing against the cancelation of an upcoming gun show. He said:



More than 150 million people saw Mark’s speech online.



“It does not make any sense. The law-abiding citizens of this community and many communities around this country... we’re the first ones taxed, and the last ones considered, and the first ones punished when things like this happen because our rights are the ones being taken away.”



“I’m gonna come down to this city council and raise hell just like these loonies from the left do until you listen to the majority of the people in this city - and I am the majority!”



You could’ve heard a pin drop in that room, John.



Soon after that speech, a movement started to get Mark to run for Lt. Governor of North Carolina. Mark had never held office before. But his impassioned plea in defense of our God-given Second Amendment rights let his fellow citizens know he’d stand up for their rights if he was elected to office.



And so, just two years after his famous speech, the people of North Carolina voted to make Mark Robinson the first Black Lt. Governor of North Carolina.



And this is why the Democrats are scared to death of him, John. He represents a direct threat to their stranglehold on black voters.



Mark grew up very poor. His family didn’t even have a shower they could wash in. He was in foster care for several years until his mother could regain custody of him. She instilled a deep love for the Bible in Mark and helped him realize that all we have comes from God.



As a young man, Mark joined the Army Reserves, where he served as a medical specialist for three years. After his time with the Army, he worked in various factories, seeing his wages get cut thanks to Bill Clinton’s disastrous NAFTA trade deal and later, losing a job when the company moved to Mexico.



So he understands what it feels like to lose your source of income and the fear that comes with not being able to provide for your family. This is a struggle that many black families in North Carolina face every day and is why he is able to connect with them.



In between his time working in factories, Mark’s wife, Yolanda, started a day care center that became very popular very quick. Mark joined her as the business grew and helped teach and take care of the children.



His belief in the Bible already taught him that each life was precious. But working with children deepened his appreciation for the sanctity of life and has made him staunch Pro-lifer... something that Black Americans care deeply about.



Mark was a simple man, with aspirations to become a college history professor. But his speech to the city council that day changed everything. His fellow citizens - including black voters - saw something in him that let them know he would stand up for their rights with the same fire that he stood up for his own.



And they haven’t been disappointed...



Since becoming the first Black Conservative Lt. Governor of North Carolina, Mark has made protecting children from woke Critical Race Theory and transgender indoctrination a priority, going so far as to say:



“Yes I called it filth. And if you don't like that I called it filth, come see me and I'll explain it to you.”



This has made the Democrats’ blood boil, John! Especially North Carolina’s liberal governor, who’s term-limited by the state’s constitution thank goodness!



This puts Mark in a VERY advantageous position to run for Governor and is why I urge you to urge Mark to run for Governor! Sign yourRUN MARK RUNpetition so we can convince Mark to run for Governor of North Carolina!



I’ll make sure Mark sees it along with thousands of others from fellow citizens like you so he knows that his influence and leadership is in high demand.



This is the first step of our plan to convince Mark to run for Governor.



Our next step includes strategically placing billboards in high-traffic areas where not only Mark will see the people urging to run for governor, but where North Carolinians will see them too.



This will especially have a deep effect on convincing Black voters to back him over whichever left-winger the Dems anoint to run on their ticket.



John, the closer we get to the election, the more expensive it will be to convince Mark to run for governor with these billboards, which is why I’m asking you to send your support today.



In fact, the dollars you send today will have twice as much impact as we build our war chest to propel Mark to victory.



You’ve already proven that when enough people call on someone to run for office, they’ll respond. For instance, you helped convince John James of Michigan, to run. And even though he narrowly lost his first two bids for the Senate, he eventually ran for the House of Representatives - and WON!



And it’s because you helped pushed him to run!



Now we must get Mark Robinson to do the same!
