Next month, we’ll celebrate Mother’s Day, and the power that mothers, grandmothers, and all women have to make a difference in our country. As part of that, we’re so excited to announce that Hillary will be teaming up once again with Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi for a virtual conversation about the incredible work that they’ve done to make our country more fair for families, and how being parents -- and grandparents -- has influenced their values.It’s never been more clear that having women in elected office could make the difference in whether all of us will have basic human rights. From the repeated attacks on abortion access to the protests against gun violence that continues to put our kids at risk, it matters whether we choose representatives who will prioritize children and families. We’ve seen what happens when we the people do come out and support female candidates -- like Wisconsin voters did last week when they elected a pro-choice judge over a conservative candidate funded by Republican mega-donors.
