A Trump-appointed judge in Texas just ruled to block access to the leading abortion medication, Mifepristone.

This medication has been safely and effectively used by millions of women and was approved by the FDA decades ago — but this judge ignored 20 years of proven, scientific evidence and banned its FDA authorization. It's still legal in some states for now, but this sets up a court battle that could go all the way to the Supreme Court and take full effect nationwide.

Last year, Kansans spoke loudly with their votes and rejected extremist actions to limit abortion rights in our state.

Voters in Kansas and across the country rejected extreme anti-choice candidates from coast to coast. Now, we need to fight back again.
