Last week, a federal judge in Texas ruled to invalidate the FDA’s 23-year-old approval of the abortion pill Mifepristone. The drug, which is used in MORE THAN HALF of pregnancy terminations across the country, has been a lifeline for those who lost access to abortion procedures following the Supreme Court’s devastating overturning of Roe v. Wade last year.

If this unprecedented ruling stands, it is set to go into effect by the end of this week.
