We are in the most important year in PFAW's nearly 40-year existence and the most important election year of our lives ... and we're coming up on our first major deadline of the year.
That's why I'm so concerned that, as of my last look at our member records, you haven't yet renewed your support for 2020.
As the Republican majority in the U.S. Senate looks poised to abandon their constitutional duty to hold this lawless president accountable, People For the American Way is mobilizing for an unprecedented campaign to END Trump Republicans' disastrous assault on our democracy and the American Way.
But there's no way we're going to be successful without our members.
If there were ever a year when we needed every PFAW member standing with us in the fight, it is now ... so I hope you'll be among the 467 supporters we need to join or renew their membership BEFORE MIDNIGHT TONIGHT to make our member goal and meet our 3X-MATCH challenge.

We're scaling up the programs that you know and have supported -- like Latinos Vote! to mobilize the absolutely crucial Latino electorate in key states and PFAW's Next Up Victory Fund, which works to elect a deep bench of young progressive leaders at the state and local levels.
We're investing deeply in flipping control of the Senate with our Take Back the Senate Fund, by holding holding vulnerable Senate Republicans accountable for their support of the Trump agenda and for rubber-stamping Trump's disastrous judicial nominees.
We're increasing our digital capabilities and adding more tools to our organizing toolbox.
And we're cooking up innovative programs and partnerships that we'll be rolling out in the coming months that will make the 2020 campaign a generation-defining national movement -- one that will WIN, save our democracy, and set America on a course to fulfil its promise of justice and opportunity for all (the American Way).
But time is shorter than you think … There are critical fights happening RIGHT NOW, and the work that we're doing to win in November is already well underway.
